Positioning components

All components are available indifferent sizes and in non-magnetic, vacuum, nuclear versions. All positioning movements are made by motor drives

Cradle Goniometer "extra flat"

The cradle are designed for the positioning of instruments in the vertical planes.

Compact construction

Movement on ball bearings

Turntable

The turntable are originally designed for neutron spectrometers

Inquiries from other fields of applications - especially for experiments with X-rays and synchrotron radiation

Linear table

For very precise translational displacements - the linear ball bearing and guideway assemblies are used. Those elements allow to build stages having extremly low frition, no stick-slip effect. They can take load in all directions and tilting movements about all axis.

The linear ball bearing and guideway assemblies can be used in single or the parallel guidance arrangements

ELEMENTS OF THE SPECTROMETER

Base modules

Very low friction movement by means of air cushion pad on the spectrometer floor.
These module allaw to bring the spectrometer axis into the scattered beams

Translational modules

The modules allow to change the distances between the spectrometer axis generally fixed distances are chosen, neighbouring axis as close as possible

Rotational modules

RM400 and RM800 (worm gear drive) are connected by coupling arms with the proceeding spectrometer table. The RM accept encoder in the rotation axis

Radiation Shielding

Pass Sealing

All positioning elements are outside of the vacuum chamber and transmitted to the sample by vacuum leadthrough.

The components are available indifferent sizes
